Make a difference; join our team as Training Manager. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global FOUNDRY training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements

More About the Role

  • Accountable for all aspects of the G-37 TREX Training and Foundry Office Support Task Oversight functions assigned to contractor personnel staff; manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of contractor personnel and their tasking.

  • Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency.

  • Coordinates and synchronizes training management functions with the Task Leads.

  • Provide administrative support and task oversight management services as required to provide integrated, flexible, and responsive support to meet the objectives and goals of the G-37 TREX mission.

  • Coordinate assignment of trainees to available seats, coordinate resources to classrooms, and ensure logistics support for classes.

  • Provide Task oversight

  • Assists G-37 TREX Training with synchronizing POIs and TSPs and coordinates resources, schedules and performance of the provided services.

  • Coordinates with the COR/TTM.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • 20-year career in Army (prefer 04 or higher level)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of management experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience; or 7 years of managing experience with a related Master's degree

  • Considered an expert authority in discipline.

  • Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates

  • Must have military background/experience

  • TS/SCI clearance
