What You’ll Get to Do
CACI is looking for a Chief VDI Engineer that will provide leadership on the program to architect, design, design, coordinate, and implement VDI solutions. The Chief VDI Engineer will drive strategic cloud innovation, demonstrating a breadth and depth of knowledge in all things related to VDI environment. While providing technical knowledge and analysis of high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, advice on complex matters.
More About the Role
Ability to lead analysis of user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Demonstrated experience managing Citrix VDI systems and its other technologies.
Ability to provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and liaison between different owning groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in presenting material to senior NGA and non-NGA officials Attract, train, develop, manage, and retain high performing staff.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience supporting an IC or DoD agency.
Demonstrated 2 years or more of experience architecting or implementing cloud-based desktop or workspace solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or comparable discipline Security clearance of TS/SCI.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another related technical field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting NGA or IC environment.
Hold Microsoft and/or Citrix certification (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, MSDC, and Specialist).
