CACI International Functional Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will support the business continuity (BC) and Information System Contingency Plan (ISCP) activities.
More About the Role:
You will monitor status of all ISCPs in the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT)
You will serve as SME on ISCPs
You will advise Division Chief and TO leadership on all ISCP and disaster recovery (DR) matters
You will examine and approve draft ISCPs for completeness, technical feasibility, and effectiveness and consult with Program Management Office (PMO) POCs to correct identified inadequacies
You will participate, in consultation with NGA Operations Center Mission Assurance Division (NOC-MA) POCs, in production of approved ISCPs
You will manage the rolling compliance of all ISCPs for the Agency via continuous surveillance of recovery plans’ expiration and escalation of notification when programs are non-responsive
You will monitor Authorized Outages on NGA networks for the following: required consultation with impacted users, back-out plan sufficiency, and opportunities to fulfill ISCP exercising requirements
You will produce monthly metrics on ISCP compliance and compliance management
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have an active TS/SCI and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Shall be knowledgeable of information systems accreditation under ICD-503 (NIST SP 800-37)
Experience in recovering information systems under all circumstances
Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., Government or industry)
Bachelor’s Degree within a related field (e.g. Information Technology, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or Engineering)
Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification (ISC2) - Must be able to obtain/maintain within 6 months of starting on the contract
Federal Emergency Management Agency Level 1 (Professional Continuity Practitioner) certification
Federal Emergency Management Agency Level 2 (Master Continuity Practitioner) certification
Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) Certified Business Continuity Professional certification
Other IT certification such as GSLC (SANS) Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) certification
Experience in creating and managing an information system-related metric program
