CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Project Integrator supporting an Intelligence Community focused group within CACI. The most successful candidate will have a customer service-oriented approach with good sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize well in order to both satisfy immediate requests and respond to ad-hoc requests. A proactive self-starter with a delivery focused mentality is needed to help drive results in this highly collaborative, mission first work environment.
More About the Role:
Variety of administrative personnel and programmatic activities
Provide daily support to Leadership team as needed
Support development of all types of documents, briefings, processes, reports, etc. by developing and updating graphic presentations to improve quality and enhance usability
Using Microsoft PowerPoint, create and format briefing slides at the request of the Program and Deputy Program Managers with quick turn deadlines
Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel
Compile weekly Program Office highlights and prepare for submission to external senior executive stakeholders
Facilitate meetings and provide programmatic and logistic planning for various teams including on and offsite catering and give-a-ways
Establish and maintain electronic files
Participate in employee onboarding and serve as first day coordinator when applicable
Track Program Office and Leadership level action items to completion
Serve as a point of contact for team members with questions
Oversee seating assignments
Facilitate supply and give-a-way orders and distribution
Draft emails and various communications for the team
Other duties as assigned
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Clearance (must obtain a CI Poly within 6 months of start date) (US Citizenship required
Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management and staff
Able to apply knowledge of the job, and company policies and principles to complete a wide range of tasks.
Expert in MS Office suite –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Expert in SharePoint
Proficient in Microsoft Project
2+ years’ experience working in a customer support role.
High School Diploma
