What You’ll Get to Do:

We are seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Techno Functional Architect to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows (RICECPW) solutions. Candidate will develop, design, configure, test and document solution based on the requirements and user stories. The resource should not only have technical experience, but also functional experience in Oracle EBS SCM application.

More About the Role:

  • Provide overall techno-functional solution guidance to the GCSS MC EBS SCM system.

  • The Oracle Techno/Functional SME experience as a Senior Solutions Architect on a consulting team responsible for providing engineering support and implementation.

  • The candidate is responsible for the design & development of RICE-W in most of the oracle modules, including but not limited to, PO, INV, OM, BOM & FND modules.

  • Support all functional and technical activities and follow the processes consistent with the approved Agile approach.

  • Review functional and Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different RICECPW components.

  • Review Change Requests and provide assistance in gathering requirements.

  • Provide technical support during the release testing phases.

  • Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.

  • Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.

  • Drive requirements analysis and solution design discussions with the customer product owner as well as with scrum team members.

  • As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.

  • Produce work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • More than 15 years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11

  • Both technical and functional experience in Oracle EBS SCM. SCM experience is a must.

  • Federal industry experience is must.

  • Experience in Oracle Financials R12/R11 and Oracle databases:

  • Knowledgeable in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)

  • Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables

  • Experience in technical analysis of Oracle patches and open SRs with Oracle support

  • Strong knowledge of developing interfaces and conversion routines

  • Deliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance.

  • Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required

  • Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT-related/Technical field or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes

  • Experience in Agile

  • Experience in Java Programming is a plus.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$89,500-$188,000
