CACI is seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. You will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Enhancements, Personalization and Workflow solutions. Additionally, you will develop, design, configure, test and document solution based on the requirements and user stories.
LOCATION: Program is based in Northern, VA but can be worked remotely.
Detail activities are listed below:
Responsible for the design & development of RICE-W in most of the oracle modules, including but not limited to, iProcurement, PO, INV, OM, BOM, AP, AR, PO, GL, & FND
Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined to be in compliance with approved Agile approach
Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different RICECPW components
Meet with the incumbent SME and government personnel to gain knowledge to transition from incumbent for different RICECPW components
Lead transition knowledge transfer sessions with incumbent and government personnel for different RICECPW components
Review Change Requests and provide assistance in gathering requirements
Tune and optimize packages, stored procedures, PL SQL, and application in an Oracle 12c RDBMS environment
Provide technical support during the release testing phases and provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code
Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents and participate in daily standup meetings for the scrum team
As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team, and produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
Record time in Agility for completed tasks daily
Participate in various Agile ceremonies including Release/Sprint Planning, Retrospective sessions
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
At least eight (8) years of developing RICE-W components experience in Experience in Oracle Financials R12/R11 and Oracle databases
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
6 or more years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11
Strong technical knowledge of oracle modules, including but not limited to, AP, AR, PO, GL, FV, FND, FA, & iProcurementINV and OM
Strong in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)
Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development
Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables
Experience with shell/perl scripting
Strong knowledge of developing interfaces and conversion routines
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
Experience in SDLC activities such as experience in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, code build, deployment and documentation
Must be able to obtain a favorable NACI background investigation
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have
Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes
Experience in Agile
Experience in Java Programming is a plus.
Experience in SCM is a plus
Experience in Agility, PVCS, and GITLAB

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $86,200-$176,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
