CACI International Sr. Oracle Techno-Functional Architect in Stafford, Virginia
We are seeking an Oracle EBS Middleware Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. You will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Enhancements, Personalization and Workflow solutions. You will develop, design, configure, test and document solution based on the requirements and user stories. Detail activities are listed below:
Responsible for developing/modifying middleware components of interfaces including SOA, B2B, OAG, & BPEL.
Oracle SOA Suite 11g and/or 12c Implementation Specialist in design and development experience providing business solutions using SOA 12c/11g - B2B, OAG, OSB,BPEL, BAM
Responsible for the design & development of RICE-W in most of the oracle modules, including but not limited to, iProcurement, PO, INV, OM, BOM, AP, AR, PO, GL, & FND
Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined to be in compliance with approved Agile approach.
Review Technical Design Documents and code to understand and gain knowledge about the functionalities of different RICECPW components.
Review and analyze Change Requests. Participate in requirements gathering and user story refinement sessions with the government product owner.
Tune and optimize packages, stored procedures, PL SQL, and application in an Oracle 12c and 19c RDBMS environment.
Provide technical support during the release testing phases.
Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.
As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.
Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
Participate in daily standup meetings for the scrum team and record time in Agility for completed tasks daily
Participate in various Agile ceremonies including Release/Sprint Planning, Retrospective sessions
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
More than 8 years of Middleware development experience SOA, B2B, OAG, & BPEL.
Works effectively with Oracle Support to diagnose and remediate issues with SOA environment
Familiarity with setup and operation of SOA lifecycle scripts
Experience developing and modifying SOA composite processes
Experience writing/modifying Linux shell scripts and utilities (tar, vi, etc.)
Experiences in Web Services development
Experience in Oracle Financials R12/R11 and Oracle databases.
Strong technical knowledge of oracle modules, including but not limited to, , PO, INV and OM
Strong in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)
Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development
Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables
Experience with shell/perl scripting
Perform technical analysis of patches and open SRs with the product owner as required
Ability to conduct impact analysis of the product updates released periodically by the vendor
Strong knowledge of developing interfaces and conversion routines
Ability to be hands-on in this role to develop professional documentation and other written materials
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
More than 10 years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11
More than 10 years of experience in SDLC activities such as requirements analysis, design, development, testing, code build, deployment and documentation
Must be able to obtain a favorable NACI or NACLC background investigation.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have
Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes

Experience in in OAG cloud offering in 19c database
Experience in Java Programming.
Experience in SCM
