This is an Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Subject Matter Expert (SME) position focusing on research & development, business development, customer interfacing, technical project management, and more. This position requires extensive knowledge of DoD Cyber Operations and the ability to act as a senior mentor to cyber engineers on the CACI team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in development and execution of strategic market approach for C2D2 in the DoD and IC

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing multiple projects and/or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements

  • Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities

  • Project SME guidance to other cyber projects under the program portfolio

  • Write white papers and technical approaches for new R&D/proposal efforts

  • Acquiring follow-on business and supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals

  • Identify and establish partnerships with other cyber businesses for proposal teaming, catalog purchases, and more.

  • Act as Senior OCO/DCO Cyber mentor to team members on multiple projects (engineering and operations)

  • Participates in planning and policy development issues

  • Selects and hires employees for all projects under the program

  • Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions following corporate and project policies and guidelines

  • Acts as SME for DoD Cyber Operations within C2D2

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:


  • BS Degree in technical or management related degree with 3 or more years associated experience or equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Extensive Knowledge of cyber technology and resources

  • Experience working in the DoD and/IC cyber community

  • Extensive knowledge of Offensive and Defensive Cyber Operations, specifically tool engineering and operations
