More About this Role:

You will be a key member of our DSP Team, focused on analyzing, designing, developing and testing DSP algorithms running on a variety of platforms supporting intelligence, defense, and other government missions.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Analysis of signal processing requirements

  • Design of signal processing architecture

  • Development and testing of signal processing algorithms

  • Assist in the integration of signal processing software into systems and solutions

  • Support receiver architectures, software channelization, modulation/demodulation, and spectral analysis activities

  • Help with link budgets, range estimates, and system sensitivity assessments

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Hands-on programming experience using C, C++, and Python

  • Experience working in a Linux-based environment

  • Thorough understanding of software defined radio (SDR) systems: receiver architectures, software channelization, modulation/demodulation techniques, spectral analysis, and error correcting codes

  • Working familiarity with radio frequency (RF) systems and test equipment, such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, and signal generator

  • Experience working in an agile development environment, working with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc.)

  • Current Top Secret SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Or at least 7 years of experience is required for Associate degree holders. Or 1 year of experience is required for candidates holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline. Or without a degree must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • X-Midas programming experience desired
