CACI is seeking a ELINT Data Analyst to join CACI’s National Security and Innovative Solutions, Advanced Solutions Group.
This opportunity offers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary! The first part is a tax-qualified profit-sharing retirement plan, to which CACI annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account. What You’ll Get to Do:
As an ELINT Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis, insight, advice, and technical guidance on complex analytical problems, specifically on sophisticated signal and weapon system problems. You will take an active role in test and design of tools for ELINT analysis.
Provide design inputs for ELINT analytical tools and software
Test analytical tools and software
Evaluate and asses overall system performance
Conduct training for system users
Engage with system users to collect feedback and ideas for system improvement
Assist in integration of system services
Prepare engineering analysis of projects and contribute technical content to proposal and planning efforts.
Conduct rigorous statistical analysis for large sets of intelligence products (e.g., SIGINT, FISINT, ELINT, and PROFORMA) for purposes of quality assurance as well as design of improved collection/processing methods
Define statistical metrics which quantify the performance of collection assets, processing algorithms, and data types. Design and implement software to calculate the defined metrics
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Knowledge of Technical ELINT analysis tools and resources
Strong knowledge of radar functions, pulse level detail, and general system familiarity
Willingness to research, determine, learn, and apply the best technology for a given application.
Strong mathematical/statistical skills
Strong foundation in data analysis, inspecting and modeling data to improve current systems or design new systems
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with one or more Technical ELINT Analysis tools such as Aspen, Martes, ESP
Experience with scripting languages such as MATLAB, Python, Scilab, etc.
Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) concepts
Familiarity with digital signal processing associated with modern signals
Experience with statistical modeling
Background or interest in data-driven decision making and analytics

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $54,900-$109,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
