CACI seeks a talented Field Service Representative Coordinator to join our Advanced Solutions Group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector. This position manages a team of FSRs maintaining OCONUS support for tactical fixed-site IT systems. Must have experience installing, repairing, troubleshooting electronic systems, as well as instructor experience to provide training to military customers.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Support deployed Intelligence system to maximize availability and build customer confidence and satisfaction
Efficiently and effectively maintain a high system availability score through a combination of preventive system maintenance and unscheduled repair activities on a globally deployed system
Manage a team of FSRs who install, monitor and maintain system hardware/software
Monitor system health and status on a daily basis.
Work with FSR team to troubleshoot technical problems and issues to determine technical solutions; work within customer guidelines/process to implement solutions
Provide operations and maintenance training to FSRs as required
Support customer operations and System Administrator personnel
Periodic Software upgrades
Keep Program Management informed of system and FSR status at all times
Schedule and execute maintenance for up to 50 systems globally, supported by up to 10 FSRs simultaneously
Maintain accountability for system spares pool to ensure availability and accuracy
Travel to sensor sites to perform periodic maintenance, incident troubleshooting and re-fresher training
Support customer course of action development for potential additional deployments of the system
Based out of Sterling, Virginia with travel up to 25%
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires an active TS/SCI clearance
IT system troubleshooting and HW maintenance experience
Linux System Administration
Physically able to deploy and conduct the physical actions necessary to include lifting, racking and stacking equipment
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
5+ years of Military experience
Experience leading a team of up to 10 personnel
Previous experience as a Field Support Representative
Experience with tactical comms systems
