CACI is currently looking for a talented Senior Product Support Specialist to join our team developing next generation signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare systems for the Department of Defense. What You’ll Get to Do

As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will provide support to the Integrated Product Support Lead to manage all costs associated with the management of a large-scale DOD Integrated Product Support effort. This includes the IPS Managers engagement in Government ILS Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings as needed. It also covers development of the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), development of the Sustainment Engineering Plan, and compliance with Department of Defense requirements for the unique identification of equipment and spare parts, including documenting the strategy and implementation of the Item Unique Identification (IUID) Marking Plan appendix. It also includes all costs to develop and implement a comprehensive Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Warranty Tracking process that identifies for all piece/parts (system and spares). You will track all vendor warranties and their expiration, including all costs to implement a system to facilitate the return and repair of warranty/RMA repair items.

More About the Role

CACI seeks a talented Senior Product Support Specialist to provide continuous product and logistics support throughout the system’s life cycle. You will provide guidance to more junior logistics team members, reporting to the Integrated Product Support Lead. You will provide status of key program metrics for logistics and product support activities, providing senior program subject matter expertise in all areas of life cycle product support.

The product support team will development and implement the integrated logistics and product support strategies to ensure supportability is considered throughout the system life cycle through the optimization of the key performance outcomes of reliability, availability, maintainability, and reduction of total ownership costs

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Have extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Project / Teams

  • Work closely with project manager(s) to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects

  • Must establish compliance with all directives for secured handling of documents

  • Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced development and production environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling on extremely tight deadlines.

  • Provide contractor / vendor oversight support and direction as needed

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

  • Evaluate potential problems and technical issues and develop solutions

  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

  • Ability to supervise current project(s) if needed and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

  • Support project correspondences by preparing and reviewing memos, meeting minutes and emails

  • Ensure ESOH / HA protocols are adhered to and effectively monitored

  • Communicate with project team to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required along with active Top Secret security clearance, able to obtain SCI.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management or related field and 7 years of relevant experience, Or AA/AS degree in Engineering/Project Management or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Project / Teams

  • Excellent communication skills.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, supply chain, planning, procurement, hardware production, and/or parts management,

  • Previous experience in supply chain and manufacturing is preferred
