CACI is currently looking for a talented Program Administrator 3 to join our team developing next generation signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare systems for the Department of Defense. What You’ll Get to Do
As an Program Administrator 3 you will be part of a leadership team working to formulate, propose, capture, and execute on a new large-scale SIGINT Government program, with an emphasis on development and electronic warfare systems. A successful person in this role would contribute to improvement of entire processes or systems within programs and the organization, leveraging on personal past experiences and in-depth understanding of best practices in the marketplace that improve our competitive position.
More About the Role
CACI seeks talented Program Administrator 3, as an SCI-cleared Administrator you will be supporting the program office during development and production cycles of the program. You will capture and publish meeting minutes from stakeholder engagements. You will perform data entry on CACI’s SharePoint/Teams website to track contract deliverables, instructions, and other pertinent documentation. You will assist with other administrative duties as assigned. You will establish and maintain the trust of all stakeholder organizations as well as industry partners, and will provide programmatic support to management, and oversight to the program’s workforce to deliver exceptional outcomes to the development and production enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attending and supporting customer review board meetings
Scheduling and tracking all service delivery items
Interfacing and coordinating with support teams and the customer for all requirement deliverables
Creating requests for account updates and changes
Facilitating several group level meetings (this includes creating and sending invites, scheduling briefers, providing copies of briefings to attendees, running slide presentations, taking minutes, and tracking any actions from the meetings
Maintaining conference room schedules
Coordinating briefers for meetings
Maintaining and updating administrative spreadsheets
Managing the calendar of the group chief
Monitoring and tracking all group actions
Managing and vetting new customer requirements
Various front office duties, as needed
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
US Citizenship is required along with active TS/SCI security clearance
Job related experience in one or both of the following areas: Project Management or Administrative Support
Candidate must have one of the following:
- 10 Years of job-related experience and High School/GED diploma
- 8 Years of job-related experience and Associates degree
- 4-7 Years of job-related experience and bachelor’s degree
- 3 Years of job-related experience and master’s degree
- 2 Years of job-related experience and Doctorate
