The CDM Program is managed within the DHS National Protection and Programs Directorate, (NPPD)/Office of Cybersecurity and Communications (CS&C)/Network Security Deployment (NSD) Division, responsible for enhancing the security, resilience, and reliability of the Nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure. The DHS CDM Program mission is to safeguard and secure cyberspace in an environment where the threat of cyber-attack is continuously growing and evolving. The CDM Program defends the United States (U.S.) Federal Information Technology (IT) networks from cybersecurity threats by providing continuous monitoring sensors (tools), diagnosis, mitigation tools, and associated services to strengthen the security posture of Government networks.

What You’ll Get to Do:
The Continual Service Improvement Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) for a large-scale Enterprise IT contract supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) CDM DEFEND A project. Our CSI Analyst will use ITIL-based IT service management techniques to support process improvement and operations optimization efforts for enterprise cybersecurity projects. The CSI Analyst will regularly brief internal Program Management as well as the Government Customer on CSI status.
More About the Role:
Create and maintain Quality Control Plan (QCP)
Assess feedback, performance, and other metrics to identify potential CSI initiatives and incorporate results into CACI Innovation Engine to improve service life-cycle processes
Develop and manage technical and functional requirements for CSI initiatives
Measure results from CSI initiatives from a combination of metrics to determine effectiveness of implemented CSI initiatives
Provide oversight of CSI activities and initiatives for CDM services
Coordinate and facilitate CSI initiative implementation
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Experience maintaining Quality Control Plan, preferably in an Enterprise IT environment
Familiarity with ITIL
Proven written and communication skills
Experience with MS Products and Data Metrics
Passion for Quality, Consistency and Standardization
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
Relevant DHS or .Gov Cyber Security focused experience
ITIL v3 Foundation certification
