CACI is currently looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team developing next generation signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare systems for the Department of Defense. What You’ll Get to Do

As a Project Coordinator , in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the opportunity to define possible. The primary objective will be to support the delivery of all PMO functions, deliverables, and requirements on schedule, coordinating across functions, to include coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and management. You will serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management, and reports to the program manager. You will review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports; assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The program coordinator develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers and line managers.

More About the Role

CACI seeks a talented Project Coordinator to join our Advanced Solutions Group (ASG), within the National Security and Innovative Solutions sector. The Project Coordinator supports the program manager in gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects. Their main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing, and participating in shareholder meetings, overseeing contractor/vendor activities, and ensuring all deadlines and deliverables for certain projects are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Have extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Project / Teams

  • Work closely with project manager(s) to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects

  • Must establish compliance with all directives for secured handling of documents

  • Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced development and production environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling on extremely tight deadlines.

  • Provide contractor / vendor oversight and direction as needed

  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

  • Evaluate potential problems and technical issues and develop solutions

  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

  • Ability to supervise current project(s) if needed and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing memos, meeting minutes and emails

  • Ensure ESOH / HA protocols are adhered to and effectively monitored

  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required along with active TS/SCI security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Project Management or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, Or AA/AS degree in Engineering/Project Management or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Project / Teams

  • Excellent communication skills.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, supply chain, planning, procurement, hardware production, and/or parts management,

  • Previous experience in supply chain and manufacturing is preferred
