We’re looking for an experienced Schedule Specialist to provide project management and administrative support for a long-term prime contract. You will be responsible for the integrated master schedule and work with team members to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. More About this Role:
You will be a key member of the program management team, working with the Program Manager and Project Leads to maintain the schedule, perform analysis, and develop reports. Specific responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and related artifacts
Monitor the team’s performance and assess status against baseline schedule
Perform analysis to identify variances and formulate recommendations to correct
Prepare status reports and responses to requests for information
Assist in schedule development to support ROM cost estimates
Collaborate with technical team members to ensure completeness and accuracy of data
Develop and maintain other program documentation as needed
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study required
At least 5 years of relevant experience required
Demonstrated experience maintaining Integrated Master Schedules
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and other Office applications
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
Must be an effective communicator
Must possess a current Top Secret SCI clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- PMP certification desired, but NOT required
