Opportunity to serve as a Senior System Engineer that will lead an effort of transitioning the fixed-site Counter-RCMA mission into a mobile solution. The effort has numerous customers which presents an opportunity to work across a variety of platforms.

  • Provide technical support in defining system architecture, system design, system integration and technical management

  • Execute detailed requirements analysis

  • Advise the customer in product selection, CONOP, capacity planning operations and performance management

  • Verify implementation of requirements to meet mission capabilities



  • Systems development life cycle experience (e.g., system design, interface specification, quality assurance, requirements gathering

  • Experience in system testing and analysis and the software engineering process

  • Excellent written and verbal skills to generate CDRLs for customer delivery

  • Ability to effectively manage daily activities

  • Ability to present technical information to numerous stakeholders

  • Basic linux experience

  • Detail oriented individual


  • Experience with managing and documenting system configurations

  • Radar experience

  • Should have Agile experience/knowledge of key agile techniques

  • Experience with RF Systems

  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence
