CACI International Software Architect (up to 25% profit sharing benefit!) in Sterling, Virginia
This opportunity offers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary! The first part is a tax-qualified profit-sharing retirement plan, to which CACI annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account. The second component consists of an Individual Benefit Account (IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. What You’ll Get to Do:
We are seeking a Software Architect to support the CACI NRT program in either Denver, CO or Dulles, VA. This team is a critical part of the customer’s enterprise and vision. You will be part of team where your problem solving and communication skills are critical to success. You will leverage Software Engineering and Test Automation expertise to guide the build of tangible products in both a cloud-based and non-cloud environments. Our team will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a DevSecOps pipeline following best practices, including utilization of both unclassified and classified development resources as part of a build low, deliver high approach.

Develop high level technical solutions and present them to program leadership and customers
Support the program management team by providing software estimations
Coordinate technology implementation across multiple development teams
Provide leadership and momentum for adoption and consistent usage of Agile processes
Drive innovation though use of technology and automation
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
BS in ComSci with minimum of 7 years work related experience or combination of similar higher education and work experience
Hands-on knowledge with agile Software Development processes
Experience developing and delivering software on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud services, Platform as a Service providers, and Container environments
Experience designing service or microservice architectures
Experience with Git and Configuration Management processes
Experience developing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment within a distributed team
Willingness to obtain certification for Privileged User Access
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Understanding of extreme programming development practices
Experience with Static code analyzers, e.g. Fortify, Checkmarx, SonarQube
Experience with automated test tools, e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Junit
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with container technology (e.g. Docker) development and deployment
Familiarity with a Cloud Application Platforms such Cloud Foundry
