What You’ll Get to Do:
The Technical Architect will design our strategic direction in coordination with customer needs and requirements as well as all levels of the business group and company. Will build plans and strategies to leverage current DSP technologies across National Solutions, NCS, and CACI as a whole. Will recommend future technologies to push the limits of our DSP technical talent and enable a new level of customer appreciation of CACI’s capabilities.
More About the Role- The Technical Architect will:
Design our strategic direction to bring current capabilities to new customer sets and bring future capabilities into CACI’s repertoire.
Coordinate strategic direction with executive leadership.
Look beyond current programs to ensure growth through a 5-year and beyond plan.
Utilize knowledge and mastery of National Solution’s business areas and history with our customers to serve as a lead technical advisor to National Solutions.
Analyze NCS capabilities across all OGs to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth strategies.
Serve as a primary interface with customers and vendors to validate and evangelize the strategic direction.
Mentor self-motivated individuals and teams/programs to further technical solutions, increase profitability, communicate with stakeholders, collaborate with peers, and deliver mission success for our customers.
Provide leadership to our most complex pursuits across divisions and functions.
Requires ability to negotiate and compromise, and ability to communicate and influence senior executive leadership and Government decision-makers.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Advanced degree (PhD/MS) in engineering, math, sciences, Federal acquisition, or equivalent experience.
Experience over 25 years providing support to Government acquisitions or delivering solutions/products to the Government.
Experience establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on the results for the program.
Experience leading program teams to deliver solutions/products.
Experience building proposal solutions and leading proposal development.
Experience working with the Federal Government to fulfill their needs and deliver solutions/products.
Experience in signal acquisition, signal processing/analysis, and/or NTM collection phenomenologies.
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience across the national space domain including space systems engineering, operations, and test.
