CACI International Windows Systems Engineer in Suitland, Maryland
CACI is seeking for a well-organized self-starter and a seasoned professional to serve as Fleet Field Engineer to support the US Navy.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Design and implement VMWare solutions for enhanced server redundancy while utilizing NFS and iSCSI technologies on NetApp servers.
Create, manage, and organize Active Directory and Group Policy objects to enhance user experience and maintain the STIG compliance.
Design and configure Microsoft Exchange for redundancy without affecting performance or user access to e-mail.
Manage the Microsoft SCCM environment to ensure all products are properly deployed to clients and servers.
Assist ISSO/ISSM in remediating any vulnerabilities from network scans.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment.
Serve as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or IT/Computer Science and five US DoD STIG experience or 10+ years of experience in related field.
Advanced experience in all of the following technologies: VMWare, ESXi, Active Directory, Group Policy.
Intermediate experience in the following technologies: Microsoft Exchange, NetApp, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 10.
CompTIA Security+ or higher
TS/SCI Security Clearance
