CACI International Medical Logistics Technician Supervisor in Tampa, Florida

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Medical Logistics Technician Manager to join our team at MacDill AFB, FL. This position seeks a self-starter with a strong work ethic and possesses a strong attention to detail that can help our operations continue to run smoothly. You will have an important role in providing much needed support to our CACI mission as a Medical Logistics Technician Supervisor providing operations support pertaining to medical logistics. You will use your solid understanding of supply management processes and distribution principles in this role. This effort is to support CACI’s Expeditionary Contingency Medical Materiel (ECMM) Support Services contract that reinforces CACI’s position as an industry leader in supporting the operational and IT needs of the federal logistics community.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Must have specialized Air Force/Army Medical Logistics experience.

  • Specialized experience shall include supervision and overall operational responsibility for medical logistics functions to include general medical supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, warehousing and operation of various materiel handling equipment’s, and biomedical equipment maintenance functions.

  • Experience shall have taken place in a healthcare or healthcare support setting and have a comprehensive understanding of medical WRM/HSMR program management and ECMM operation execution of Class VIII medical supply sustainment.

  • Work independently and with minimal supervision to provide support to CACI’s Air Force client

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer support to CACI’s Air Force client by maintaining clear and accurate data regarding logistic, controlled item code information, time compliance, and supply functions

  • Use your extensive Medical Logistics and Materiel Management experience ECMM support medical logistics operations

Position Requires:

  • Ten years logistics experience with six years of specialized Air Force Medical Logistics experience.

  • Specialized experience shall include general supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, warehousing, and operation of various materiel handling equipment.

  • Specialized experience shall have taken place in a healthcare or healthcare support environment or setting.

  • Air Force medical logistics experience is preferred.

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and related experience or University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
