CACI International Senior Business Process Analyst in Tampa, Florida
What You’ll Get to Do:
Business Process Analysis (BPA) analyzes business processes to support more efficient decision making and operations. The BPA will lead a development effort to create web applications which will be used to manage United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) personnel and deployment (PERSTEMPO) data. Daily responsibilities include:
Establish a deep understanding/expertise of both the data required to support PERSTEMPO and the application currently in place to manage this information (Defense Ready).
Apply analytical methods and techniques to assess the requirements for the organization and provide subsequent technical specifications to the application developers.
Conduct daily standups with your development team.
Meet with key stakeholders on a regular basis; Provide regular updates to stakeholders and our government customer.
Present progress to command leadership.
Coordinate product rollouts.
Document business process solutions using industry standard flowcharting and documentation conventions in the form of service requests, requirements and specification documents, business process modeling and/or Microsoft Visio.
Provide technical documentation for each process that includes the policy and/or procedure underpinnings necessary for the Government to publish official documents that dictate processes, procedures, and security requirements associated with each development effort.
Provide user documentation for each new process delivered.
Experience: 5 years
Solid Technical Background
Previous work with DoD/Military
Familiarity with applications that manage PERSTEMPO data
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Certification: Lean Six Sigma; PMP
