CACI International Sr. Systems Knowledge Management in Tampa, Florida
Serve as Knowledge Management advisor to the J2 Chief Information Officer (CIO) and J2 Operations Division in executing national and regional military and security strategy in the AOR. Contractors shall:
Use Knowledge Management techniques and knowledge of intelligence functional areas, new technologies, and networks to conduct process improvement.
Serve as key liaisons and facilitators between the Directorate's Intelligence functional areas and supporting systems managers to meet emerging intelligence requirements.
Maintain a diverse systems and applications knowledge and merges intelligence operations with intelligence applications and systems capabilities by providing functional support to analysts and collecting, documenting, and distributing information via numerous networks pertaining to the use of systems/applications by analysts, systems/applications within the intelligence architecture, networks, cross domain solutions (CDS), information flow, and data pertaining to current operations.
Map business processes and assists in the production of documentation which includes Process Improvement Plans, CONOPS, TTPs and briefings outlining functional and technical processes pertaining to how applications and systems are/should be applied to support the command's war fighting efforts.
- May require to work shifts for extended periods of time
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly.
Bachelor or Master's degree with 8+ years Knowledge management experience or specialized training
10+ years Knowledge management experience or equivalent Systems/academic experience.
Would be nice to have:
PMP, ITIL v3, CCNP, MCSE, CISSP.
Experience with DoDAF, Architecture, Project Management, Program Management, Systems Engineering and Network Engineering.
Hands on experience and understanding of Microsoft Project, Visio, & PowerPoint.
Experience with DoD AF (Architectural Framework), drawing C4ISR Systems architectures (OS and OV slides), using Visio and MS Project.
Due to contract requirements, as an essential job function you must be qualified and able to travel to OCONUS locations on short notice. Failure to meet such qualifications may result in termination.
Due to contract requirements you must maintain a valid United States Passport and remain qualified to travel OCONUS on short notice.
