CACI is seeking a Training Lead to support the KMI Training located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Training Lead will establish and implement strategies for the area of responsibility, with direct impact on the achievement of qualifying KMI installation team and DoN KAOM's. Focus will be directly on providing assistance to the government KMI Training and Technical Leadership in all aspects of KMI Training. This will include classroom set up and instruction, curriculum development and fleet wide support.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Develop curriculum to train KMI AITs in conjunction with KMI Help Desk and government personnel
Provide instruction via train the trainer and pilot courses in the KMI MGC Operator and Tier 3 devices such as SKL
Provide support to the government lead scheduling tasks related to training to include scheduling meetings, development of meeting agendas and minutes
Advise the program manager and government personnel on matters affecting the training of KMI personnel
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field or Bachelor’s degree in a business or management-related field.
10 years of experience in C4IRS systems to include training and instruction
5 years prior Key Management Infrastructure experience
5 years prior COMSEC experience
Network engineering/configuration knowledge and experience
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel 25%
Experience with LOM/AIM and CPM
Experience with CHaRMS and GCAT
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Master’s Training Specialist qualification, or active study towards this qualification.
15 years of experience in a military environment performing training, integration, and test of C4ISR complex systems.
Adept knowledge of Key Management Infrastructure training and instruction
