What You’ll Get to Do:CACI is seeking a Logistician to support the APY (Amphibious Planning Yard) Program
More About the Role:
Conduct ILS tasks associated with Amphibious Planning Yard (APY) and other Naval platforms.
Provide assistance in analysis of currently developed provisioning packages and APLs
Revise the data in existing APLs or build new APLs using ICAPS
Validate Source Maintenance and Recoverability (SM&R) codes, and conduct part research
Evaluate data within Provisioning Document Control Numbers (PDCN) using ICAPS data files and available Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP)\
Review Logistics Configuration Baselines
Report directly to the Subcontractor Provisioning Lead, who will review and provide the products to Navy customer
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
High school graduate with at least 2-years formal education in a technical/vocational school, apprentice school, or equivalent.
A minimum of 8-years of experience in logistics supporting various military customers/programs, including the Amphibious Planning Yard (APY) U.S. Navy, and/or the U.S. Coast Guard, and/or the U.S. Army, for ships and/or boats.
Experience must include at least 5-years of specialized experience supporting systems acquisition and/or life-cycle support.
Must have in-depth knowledge of logistics product development tools, standards, and processes, Ship Configuration and Logistics Support Information System (SCLSIS), Technical Specification 9090-700, GDAPL, Haystack, TDMIS, ESWBS file, SAC file, RIC Nom file and EIC files.
