CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support aviation logistics efforts under our USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract within COMNAVAIRLANT at the Regional Supply Office (RSO) Aviation Support Detachment, Norfolk, VA.
More About the Role :
Provide analytical data to senior leadership running various reports. These reports encompass daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Provide leadership with insight on possible process improvements as well as reviewing data calls that may require deep data mining.
Run all Daily and End of Month Financial Reports.
Run all Daily and End of Month NALCOMIS Reports.
Run weekly Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) Reports.
Prepare Monthly PowerPoint presentations, including graphs and charts for Senior Leadership.
Drawdown data from Navy Data Platform (NDP) and/or NALCOMIS as requested by the Supply Officer and/or ASD Director.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active DOD Secret security clearance
16+ years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics AISs management.
Typically has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline and minimum of five years of related experience.
As a substitute for education, nine years of experience in Navy Logistics, AIS management, inventory management, and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs.
Familiarity with Navy Aviation supply and maintenance relationships, organization, and management databases is highly desired; possess strong verbal skills to convey analysis results and recommendations.
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Ideal candidate would have a Navy aviation background but not required.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is helpful but not required.
NALCOMIS Experience helpful but not required.
