CACI has an opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support aviation logistics efforts under our USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) II contract within COMNAVAIRLANT at NAS OCEANA, Virginia Beach, VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Serve as the Senior Advisor to the Supply Officer on all policies, regulations, guidelines, procedures and training in the implementation and operation of all facets of the Electronic Retrograde Management System (ERMS)

  • Joint Aviation Supply Unit (JASU) and Rotatable Pool (R-POOL) Supervisor. Awaiting Parts (AWP) EXREP Expeditor.

  • Monitor all repairable components due in from supported activities assigned to NAS Oceana and activities Temporary Assigned (TAD) to NAS Oceana.

  • Resolve situations that may arise from 18 supported activities and 64 Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) work centers.

  • Prescribe Maintenance Interval (PMI) Coordinator. Responsible for the validity of all aircraft requirements at three PMI sites (North Island, Cecil Field, and Jacksonville).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active DOD Secret security clearance.

  • Typically has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline and minimum of eight years in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy AIS management.

  • As a substitute for education, eight years of experience in Navy Logistics, AIS management, inventory management, and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.

  • Familiarity with Navy Aviation supply and maintenance relationships, organization, and management databases is highly desired; possess strong verbal skills to convey analysis results and recommendations.

  • Heavy Experience with NALCOMIS, RSUPPLY and ERMS.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)

  • Ideal candidate would be a former Navy Enlisted Logistics Specialist (LS) with CVN/L-Ship tour background with a very strong aviation background.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
