CACI International has an immediate opening for a Force Management (FM)/Mission Command (MC) Technical Services position located at the Pentagon.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Join CACI in Support of the U.S. Army G-6 to lead the Army’s network modernization to deliver timely, trusted, and shared information for the Army and its mission partners.

More About the Role:

As a team member supporting AONS G-6, you will provide technical services to include planning, program, budget, and analytical services to aid in resourcing critical Army command, control, communications, computers (C4) and IT needs. You will also provide recommendations for how the G-6 can synchronize technology and business management to enable better execution, risk control, and efficiencies for the Army.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

The Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

. Understand the Total Army Analysis (TAA) process and how it provides future forces.

. Provide architecture and system integration planning services across the entire MC architecture.

. Support HQDA, G-6 efforts concerning the policies, technologies, operations, architecture and planning of military communications programs, Man, Train, Equip of new components, and communications-specific requirements all units both the current and future force.

Coordinate with all DA staff elements for FM efforts to man our current and future force.

Coordinate with Joint Staff and all other services for MC requirements.

. Provide services to support FM & MC integration and architecture development efforts and attend meetings with other Services, Agencies and Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) forums.

. Provide analysis, evaluation and recommendations on communications architectures and Army initiatives.

Provide analysis, evaluation and recommendations on communications architectures efforts regarding support of Army initiatives.

. Provide technical expertise to support the development of new MC capabilities through various enterprises in all services that are looking for the most efficient and effective programs.

. Provide technical, analytical, programmatic, operational, policy, and planning support for Army enterprise-level MC systems, integration, planning, budgeting, and FM initiatives.

. Provide data and theoretical analysis to help develop and apply waveform and signal processing to support ground, air, and space communications capabilities to the force.

. Assist in the development of system-level assessments for MC capabilities

. Interface directly with senior government stakeholders and senior flag level leadership.

. Exercise working understanding of coalition environment and the Joint, International, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) environments in order to ensure our forces are fully interoperable.

. Action track and work to completion issues from all Global Combatant Command theaters.

. Action track and work to completion issues concerning Mobilization Force Generation Installations and Home Station Mission Command of military forces both in preparation for deployment and while deployed.

. Understand Force Management Support Activity (FMSA) and how it provides for the current force.

Understand Operational Plan (OPLAN) activities and Department of the Army (DA)-level support to them.

. Understand the multiple Army networks and how they both interoperate and converge.

Required skills

. Posture the Signal Force for Multi-Domain Operations (FM/MC). Provide analytical support to full range of Force Management activities related to MC materiel solutions and Signal force structure. (e.g. Basis Of Issue Plan reviews, TAA and Force Design Updates (FDU).

. Track status and impact of current force design updates (including personnel) and future force redesigns to the Signal Corps. Coordinate force structure changes with stakeholders.

. Assist in synchronization stakeholder support of Signal Transformation.

. Attend conferences (i.e. FM and TAA Conferences, etc.) pertaining to Signal Corps Regiment restructure, and Army Modularity Conversions. Contractor personnel shall collect, analyze, and share conference findings with stakeholders.

. Possess strong understanding of basic signal and communications concepts and technologies

Strong understanding of the basic Army manning and funding processes.

. Understanding of MC principles, including multi-domain battle principles, waveforms, signal propagation, and signal detection.

. Retain willingness to develop novel approaches for solving technical problems

. Staff experience and ability with strong writing and presentation skills

. Possess ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

. Possess clear and structured thought processes and coherent decision-making skills

. Demonstrate initiative to take on new projects and work independently while providing coherent and thorough updates as needed.

. Possess DoD Secret Clearance at a minimum, Top Secret desired.

Education and Years of Experience:

  • BS/BA + minimum 7 years of related work experience or equivalent

Labor Category Verification Requirements:

  • Minimum active Secret clearance

  • Telecommunications and IT policy formulation

  • Perform operational effectiveness impacts assessments

  • WMA, BMA, EIEMA, integration and PPBE synchronization

  • Provide analytical, portfolio management assessments of the functional mission areas

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Army Headquarters or G-6 experience

  • Understanding how the Army operates
