What You’ll Get to Do:

You will provide overall project management and quality control support, and serve as the primary point of contact for business process improvements and provide financial analyst support.

More About the Role:

  • Perform day-to-day management of overall contract support, provide guidance and direction for multiple projects, as well as develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process improvements. Efforts include assisting in defining scope, developing plans, timelines, tracking action items and their resolution, and assessing workforce distribution requirements;

  • Attend and facilitate meetings/briefings; prepare multi-media presentations and brief reference materials as required; update project/program plans and documentation; assist in the review and drafting of reports, correspondence and other documentation; and assist in the management of project information;

  • Follow business process improvement methods by identifying, documenting, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating processes and SOPs, as well as continuous improvements and automated solutions;

  • Define requirements, research, analyze, document, recommend best business practice process solutions, guidance, legislation, protocols, policies, and integrated tools;

  • Develop and implement change management, marketing, and communication strategies; and

  • Collect, maintain, and analyze data for trends.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Research, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; and

  • Four (4) years of related work experience (analyzing business or operating procedures; gathers and analyzes data; organizes and documents findings; recommends new systems, procedures, or changes for implementation).

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Five (5) years of financial analysis experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

  • Undergraduate degree in Math or Finance;

  • Previous experience supporting Federal Government contracts;

  • Experience reconciling federally appropriated Congressional funding; and

  • Green belt Lean Six Sigma with 2 years of experience;

  • PMP certification.
