What You’ll Get to Do
CACI is seeking a mid-level business systems analyst who is passionate about building and supporting high-quality systems using software implementation best practices to join our team at our CACI and client site locations. The work is in a fast-paced, high visibility, client site environment supporting the Department of Defense. The successful candidate will perform as an analyst on a large highly productive team responsible for building and supporting a suite of custom applications used to support the Department's financial management processes.
More About the Role
The successful candidate must bring strong business systems functional support experience, good analytical skills and superior customer service skills. The duties of the analyst will include: capturing and defining client system requirements, developing solutions to the client’s system needs, participating in system upgrades, testing software changes, and assisting the client in system use. The analyst will also participate in developing user training materials, updating the users’ desk reference guides, supporting training, and performing other functions, as needed.
The position requires the ability to work well independently with minimal guidance as well as work well in a team environment. The candidate must be articulate, flexible to changing requirements, and be an enthusiastic self-starter.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years functional support experience
• Direct functional experience with DoD Business systems
• Direct customer interface experience
• Willing to work an early 7:00 – 3:30 shift
• Minimum current DoD Secret clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
- Experience providing Momentum Financials implementation and user support
