Job Description

CACI is seeking a Senior Program Analyst for a Chief of Staff role in support of a shipbuilding program office. This role supports a Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), and senior leadership of a NAVSEA Shipbuilding Program Office. Primary focus for this role is coordinating and executing Front Office operations in support of the PM and DPM. Preferred experience would include managing Front Office operations for Navy or other Department of Defense programs. Demonstrated examples of a candidate’s attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities is a discriminator.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Coordinating tasking between GS-15 Department Heads for the Program Manager,

  • Developing briefing packages for dissemination outside the Program Office including interface with the Program Executive Officer/staff and other senior executive level collaborative parties,

  • Reviewing correspondence, messages, and other packages requiring Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager concurrence

  • Attending meetings with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager,

  • Planning and coordinating Program Office Off-sites,

  • Assisting with coordination of hiring and onboarding activities,

  • Coordinating schedules for the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, and

  • Other coordination functions in support of client leadership (O-6 program manager and GS-15 deputy program manager).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Administration, or similar area with 15 years of related experience. Substitution of additional work experience for Bachelor’s degree will be considered.

  • Active SECRET clearance

  • At least five years of project/program management experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills along with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations to complete administrative tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer interaction skills

  • Ability to work comfortably in fast-paced environment

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Program Management experience in a Navy command coordinating senior staff and executive products and correspondence.

  • Project Management Professional or similar project/program management professional license
