CACI International Corporate Operations Senior HR Support (PEO Aircraft Carriers) in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Corporate Operations HR Support to work with the Program Executive Office ( PEO) Aircraft Carriers project in Washington DC. This position will provide direct support to senior leadership within PEO Aircraft Carries to ensure execution of all Corporate Operations objective under Human Capital Strategic Plan. Accept daily tasking from PEO Aircraft Carriers leadership to enable PEO Carriers to maintain its mission to deliver aircraft carriers on-time, ready for tasking, at an affordable cost.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Develop/Advise Hiring instructions

  • Advise on Ratings Panels

  • Assemble resume & criteria packages, collect scores, retain record of final scores

  • Advise on Workforce Development

  • Create CCAS profiles

  • Conference Coordination

  • Hiring Back up

  • Develop/Advise Talent Management, Hiring, Rotations, & Human Capital Metrics

  • Assist/Advise with Performance Management

  • Prepare slides in support of DPM, HR, SUPV Meetings

  • Assist with Rating & Interview Panel process

  • Maintain IG & MIC records

More About the Role:

Develop and sustain a robust working relationship with key PEO Carriers stakeholders, to include:

  • NAVSEA 10 – Total Force and Corporate Operations

  • OCHR

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Active DoD Security Clearance

  • Strong Navy HR background

  • Former Navy & NAVSEA Corporate Operations/HR support work (At least 5 years of experience)

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Experience with TWMS, DCPDS and ERP

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • ​ Former NAVSEA Corporate Operations (SEA 10) experience Directorate or PEO
