Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Image and configure laptops and desktops.

  • Safeguard computer data during all support transactions.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers.

  • Troubleshoot network and application access issues including authentication and VPN.

  • Safeguard network equipment and support wired and wireless access to computers.

  • Setup and maintain VOIP phones and voicemail.

  • Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

  • 5+ years

  • Support and maintain multi-function devices for print, scan, and fax services.

  • Support conference room IT resources.

  • Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to security policies.

  • Document support notes and progress in incident management system in a timely manner.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

  • 5+ years of experience providing technical support

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Secret level Security clearance (or higher)

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
