What You’ll Get to Do:
Prepare and track financial/funding documents using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Pull and analyze reports from SCIP, MISIL, DIFS, DSAMS, and Navy ERP to support FMS case execution
Use DSAMS to support Pricing & Availability (P&A) development, LOA development, and FMS case execution.
Monitor obligation and expenditure data to achieve obligations and expenditure goals.
Prepare execution and cash flow reports
Liaison with Business Financial Management (BFM) and professional support staff to ensure submitted data matches phasing and spending plans and meets program funding level objectives.
Compare financial data to financial spending plans and reconcile discrepancies in ledgers for monthly financial status reviews.
Prepare data for execution and regularly scheduled execution reviews.
Update program ledgers and Task Planning Sheets
Execute funding documents and prepare statements for program reviews
More About this Role:
As a Business and Financial Management Analyst, the position will require tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures, generating Purchase Requests, developing spending plans, and preparing financial briefing material for a NAVSEA Foreign Military Sales Ship Building program
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship with Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain such clearance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10 years of experience in DoD/USN financial management.
Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), and Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
Experience with a NAVSEA Program Office.
Experience with NAVSEA Ship Construction.
Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
Strong organization, communication, and presentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
