What You’ll Get to Do

CACI has an opening for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst at our Washington, DC location. Candidate will provide financial acquisition support to the Program Executive Office Undersea Warfare Systems (PEO UWS) Underseas Weapons, International Branch (PMS 404N) by performing financial and programmatic functions.

More About the Role

  • Create, prepare, and maintain financial reports for financial reviews, briefs and other related program support activities for all International Requirements

  • Provide FMS acquisition subject matter expertise, specializing in FMS Admin forecasting and tracking

  • Forecasts FMS program workload and human capital demands based on future requirements analysis of new business.

  • Works with the Department of Defense, Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs), field activities, Integrated Product Teams, Technical Teams, and various vendors to develop, identify, locate, support, acquire, and manage country-specific requirements.

  • Contributes subject matter expertise involving program office funding requirements.

  • Supports and adheres to Navy and national disclosure policy for the export of U.S. articles and services to foreign Allies, as outlined within the U.S. Arms Export Control Act

  • Coordinates CACI contract deliverables to include but not limited to, monthly reports, Milestone Reviews, Quarterly Program Reviews, and training events

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3-5 years of related experience.

  • Advanced attention to detail

  • An active secret security clearance

  • Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. Some travel may be required.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Security Cooperation and Security Assistance programs as outlined in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)

  • 3-5 years of FMS Admin or FMS funding experience

  • Knowledge of FMS funding and processes

  • Experience with:

  • Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)

  • Management Information System - International Logistics (MISIL)

  • Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)

  • Defense Integrated Control Systems (DIFS)

  • Navy Enterprise Planning (Navy ERP)

  • Program Budget Information System (PBIS)

  • Computer Optimized Bach Reconciliation Application (COBRA)

  • Proficiency in entire Microsoft Office Suite, to include MS Project and SharePoint.
