CACI International Functional Subject Matter Expert in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

CACI seeks a functional subject matter expert to support the requirements analysis, configuration, and business process design for a Momentum Financials implementation. System functionality spans the Budget Execution, Purchasing, Billing and Collections, and Payment modules. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills who can work effectively in a team and independently and have a desire to advance their skills in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements

  • Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and document results

  • Provide recommendations to resolve identified system gaps

  • Identify moderate to significant process improvement opportunities

  • Lead business process design sessions

  • Document and communicate configuration decisions across the team

  • Configure Momentum to test process flows

  • Create test plans and execute system and regression test scenarios

  • Facilitate meetings with team members, end-users, and management

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree (Business, Information Systems, or related field) or equivalent and 5 years of related experience.

  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Requires a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Requires at least 2 years of functional experience with upgrading or implementing ERP systems.

  • Requires at least 2 years of Momentum Financials experience.

  • Requires experience with requirements analysis, design, and testing.

  • Must be able to work full-time at the client site in Washington, DC.

  • Requires an active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain additional program clearances.
