CACI is looking for an experienced Information Systems Security Manager/Officer in support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) customer in NCR.
Typical duties include:
Responsible for supporting JWAN solution and strategic adherence to all aspects of the Information Assurance (IA) program as stipulated by various USG requirements including (but not limited to): Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and associated NIST publications.
Preparation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documents and procedures. Interface with other IA team members, other security disciplines (industrial security, physical security, special programs security, etc.), program personnel, and government security representatives
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner
The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts
A track record of progressively responsible information assurance experience in ICD 503 certification and accreditation.
Attained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Demonstrated expertise with Zero Trust, EO 14028, the Zero Trust Maturity Model, and/or CMMC
BA/BS Degree and 10+ years of experience as an ISSO
Knowledge of DCID 6/3, Joint Force After Next (JFAN) 6/3 or DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP)
Understanding of classified IT networks, systems, terminology and SDLC.
Familiarization with NIST Special Publication 800-37 Revision 1, Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems‟, Committee on National Security Systems Instructions (CNSSI) 1253, and NIST SP 800-53 Revisions 3 and 4, SP 800- 39, SP 800-30.
Fully adjudicated TS/SCI clearance
