The DIAP KM Project is looking for top talent to join our elite team. DIAP KM is currently seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst.
As part of the DIAP KM team, we design and develop mission-essential capabilities to increase the efficiency, integration, and quality of the customer’s intelligence analysis activities. We work with the end user community and utilize business analytics to measure the effectiveness of capabilities we deliver, along with other major applications used by the customer. There are a variety of opportunities to learn and apply unique data science methods to inform customer decision-making, gain hands-on development experience working with widely used Intelligence Community (IC) applications, and lead customer and community outreach efforts at senior-levels of government. This multi-year contract supports a customer agency that we have successfully partnered with for nearly three decades and continue to grow and expand our presence to support their core mission areas.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Implement documented processes, methods, tools, and models in accordance with IC DOD standards.
Perform analysis and assessments of future technology and its application(s) to the customer’s mission.
Perform Analytic workflow assessments by examining People, Process, Tools, and Technology
Perform data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities to include data integrity with user stories.
Conduct market research.
Provide customer engagement experience in a multi-agency, team environment by developing policy, roadmaps, or strategy documents.
Develop detailed documentation of client needs; gathers both functional and non-functional requirements.
Work with product owners to refine, groom and prioritize issue backlog.
More About the Role:
Engage with Analysts to collect feedback on proper operation of tools and capabilities.
Work with Project Manager, Technical Advisor, and development teams to identify new requirements.
Provide recommendations for new capabilities and releases.
Maintain database, pull metrics, and ensure data availability and integrity.
Transform data into meaningful information.
Acts as an integral part of development and testing.
Perform Cross Domain Data Transfers
Write queries and use Boolean operators.
Create and maintain training curriculum, marketing materials, user manuals, and training content (basic and advanced).
Provide technical leadership and critical thinking in identification of sponsor needs and assembling multi-disciplinary teams to support changing sponsor requirements and missions.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
DIA TS/SCI
Minimum of 5 years related activities for the DoD and/or Intelligence Community
BS degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or related field
Knowledge of developing SharePoint workflows
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of rapid prototyping techniques, Agile product development, and other product management practices
Experience with Atlassian tools Confluence and Jira
Understand AWS (S3, lambda) concepts.
Able to work collaboratively across organizations to resolve problems and achieve results under time pressures and in visible and impactful circumstances.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills that mobilize multi-disciplined teams to work well together and persevere in a demanding and stressful environment.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
CI Poly
Knowledge of basic Cyber Security and Engineering
Knowledge Management Certification (or similar), or ability to obtain certification.
Data Management Professional (CDMP) (or similar), or ability to obtain certification.
Tableau dashboard development
Familiar with the resources and tools needed to access and disseminate information from social networking outlets.
