CACI International Legal Case Management Software SME in Washington, District Of Columbia
What You’ll Get to Do:
Support clients in use of Legal Case Management Software.
Implementation, maintenance, and operational support for case management, analytical and FOIA software including but not limited to Legal Files, ScanWriter, FOIAXpress, and CaseMap.
Provide end-user support including one-on-one, classroom training, and troubleshooting issues raised by the end-users.
More About the Role: Requires a working knowledge of the eDiscovery process and skill utilizing software products including but not limited to Relativity, Scanwriter, FOIAXpress, Nexidia, Case Map Suite. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Experience with, eDiscovery, Relativity, Scanwriter, FOIAXpress, Nexidia, Case Map Suite.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
5 to 7 years of related experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
