CACI International Litigation Support Project Manager in Washington, District Of Columbia

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI currently has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Litigation and Support Project Manager. In this role you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert supporting one of our critical Federal Government customers. You will manage large projects as it relates to the systems utilized by our customer and will recommend changes, upgrades in support of the contract. Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

Administer ProLaw Case Management System including:

  • Maintenance and system support

  • Day-to-day technical support for Office of Chief Counsel attorneys, paralegals, management analysts and Bureau Deciding Official/Peer Review Board staff

  • Training both in one-on-one and group settings

  • Create user guides and system documentation

  • Create reports

  • Manage database access and security

  • Facilitate legacy data requests between OST Exchange team and various ATF stakeholders.

  • Collect “cloud” data by conducting searches using ProofPoint or Office 365's Exchange Online Archive related to Office of the Inspector General, Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act or investigation requests from various ATF stakeholders responding to Assistant United States Attorneys information requests/reviews.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and 7+ years of experience (11 years of experience in lieu of a degree)

  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance

  • Verifiable Project management and litigation project management experience

  • Ability to prepare Status Reports to reflect the monitoring of the program activities and progress to the Government as well as the technical, financial and operational program status.

  • Provide administrative and technical support (Meeting Minutes) for meetings, as required. Coordinate scheduling and meeting notifications, if required. Prepare briefing slides, handouts, agendas, and other supplementary materials.
