Job Description


The ICITAP Administrative and Logistics Manager manages and directs an integrated logistics capability including planning, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, freight, transportation, distribution, and end-to-end supply chain management process in support of ICITAP Task Orders and deployed ICITAP personnel.


The ICITAP Logistics Manager manages a range of business tasks undertaken to support the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes.

Plan Logistics support and coordinate support resources in active cooperation with the ICITAP Program Office, Field Logistics Managers, and other ICITAP program stakeholders

Tracking the movement of logistics resources and providing timely status reports.

Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of logistics resources from sources of supply to the user.

Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and better anticipate demand.

Managing subcontractors, 3rd party logistics service providers (vendors, freight forwarders, in-country sponsors, organic staff resources, and other resources to deliver required logistics resources to satisfy and sustain ICITAP Program Management support and ICITAP field support requirements.

Providing support to the company ICITAP Program Manager, Field Operations, Logistics and Training Managers to obtain timely and logistical sustained support.

Developing, documenting, managing and controlling processes involved in planning, acquisition, movement, storage and issuing ICITAP program management and field support material resources.

Providing supervision, guidance, direction and support to Program Office and Field Logistics support personnel.

Additional Responsibilities:

May be required to provide training to deployed personnel, ICITAP Program Office personnel or host country nationals.

Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Position requires 15-20 years of experience with demonstrated background in procurement, administration, and/or financial management in the private or public sector. Overseas experience (4-6 years) required. Customs processing experience required. Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in personnel management preferred. Master's degree preferred.
