What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Product Support Analyst in our Washington, DC location to track and monitor the development of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for Surface Ship Availabilities. Produce the End of Availability (EOA)+ 30 Day ILS Deficiency Products Report. Work with headquarters, field activity and contractor personnel in determining the status of the ILS products.

More About the Role:

  • Verify and track approximately ILS deficiency products at EOA+30 through proactive monitoring.

  • Follow-up with ILS Cert POCs to verify that all applicable ILS products were provided to the ship.

  • Update IDE EOA+30 ILS deficiency database to reflect most recent status.

  • Coordinate with Type Commander ILS POCs to obtain deficiency resolution status updates.

  • Update the IDE database to reflect status.

  • Collects, analyze, and compare, EOA ILS product deficiency raw data. From these insights, creates EOA ILS Deficiency Products metrics to be included in the Program Brief.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years related experience.

  • At least 4 years of logistics experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the Navy Modernization Process.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiar with ILS elements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
