Naval War Room Content Manager-Sr. Graphic Designer

CACI is looking for a Program Analyst to support the PEO IWS war room. We are looking for eager and motivated self-starter to join our Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong business operations foundation, planning skills, aptitude and demonstrated initiative.

What You'll Get To Do:

Be responsible for maintaining data to ensure it consists of the latest Navy strategy and PEO IWS documents.

  • Coordinates with PEO IWS to ensure data maintained in war room reflects the latest information available. Creates or updates documents as necessary.

  • Organizes new content on a digital display system to be presentable

  • Helps coordinate visits to the IWS War Room

  • Provides large scale print jobs for paper war room as needed

More About the Role

  • Significant knowledge of acquisition throughout the DoD and Navy, including the acquisition of Surface Combatants, Combat Systems, Sensors, Weapons and/or Command and Control Systems for both US and Foreign Military Sales.

  • Operational or technical understanding of the Fleets needs and requirements to assist in Strategic Planning.

  • Develop program office presentations intended to provide situational awareness of program requirements and changes.

  • Contribute to the development, coordination, and dissemination of customer related documents for senior leadership awareness and decision making.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Navy/DoD processes and organizations.

  • Conducting research as directed by staff.

  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including good sense of design, proof reading, grammar, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to help craft a story from non-linear content.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with others at all levels.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), to include the ability to create spreadsheets, presentations, and prepare specialized reports.

  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.

  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, handle complex assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of classified handling

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum of 5 years of related experience.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

  • Ability to utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create information graphics and graphic design to enhance the narrative of the war room
