CACI is seeking a Navy Financial Analyst to support SEA 05 in Washington DC.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide financial management, data mining, budget tracking, and performing statistical/trend analysis for NECC subordinate commands. Will be performed utilizing multiple financial databases.
Make extensive use of complex Excel worksheets daily to conduct financial analysis, perform daily updates of files containing fund allocations, expenditure, maintenance costs, and multiple but similar financial metrics SEA 03
Will troubleshoot and validate Excel data file linked fields, formulas, maintain overall file integrity, and conduct daily saves.
Develop and present detailed briefs on metrics, findings, and recommendations to the comptroller leadership as directed.
Track, process, troubleshoot financial reports and transactions.
Research and process Suspended transactions to process correctly in SABRES, ERP, CFMS.
Access Navy Financial Logistics systems (SABRs, OTS, Web Vlips) to research and analyze transaction and compile documentation to support/validate FIAR compliance.
Update and develop documentation in Microsoft word FIAR compliant procedures for managing Key Supporting Documentation (KSD).
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active DOD Secret clearance is required
Ability to obtain a DOD TS Security Clearance
8+ years of experience in Navy Financial Analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related business discipline.
As a substitute for a bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of expert Navy Financial Experience may be considered.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel to include use and development of pivot tables.
Experience with Navy financial OPTAR and funds accounting (lines of accounting, fund codes, AG/SAGs, etc.)
MS Access familiarity
Navy Supply Experience.
Working knowledge of DOD Status Codes, SABRES, ERP, WEBVLIPS OTS.
Experience with Microsoft Word.
Familiarized with FoxPro.
FIAR compliant procedures managing Key Supporting Documentation (KSD)
