CACI International Paralegal I - Washington, DC in Washington, District Of Columbia
Paralegal to assist the Chief Learning Officer (“CLO”), who is responsible for ensuring current and relevant training, in large part by distance learning, to the United States Attorney community.
Support all CLO training events, duties may include:
Manage all logistics for training programs/webinars offered by the CLO,.
Coordinate with presenters, including sending calendar invitations and gathering materials in advance of the training.
Identify and reserve appropriate facilities; ensure that all equipment (computer being used) for training is operational and work with IT as necessary to troubleshoot issues.
Maintain records of training, including scanning documents for preservation and ensuring that electronic documents are organized, accurate, and complete.
Prepare evaluations and forms for other government agency participation.
Work with CLO to prepare requests for CLE in a timely manner using approved forms and procedures. Process all paperwork regarding CLE forms at the conclusion of each training event.
Attend webinar to provide instructor support as needed.
Assist with drafting and editing of descriptions and announcements for distance education projects and broadcasts
Serves as LearnDOJ Administrator (training for this role will be provided):
Create items and scheduled offerings.
Handle online registrations and cancellations as necessary.
Run report in learnDOJ.
Organize and update training materials in learnDOJ, USA Book, and related platforms.
Draft training announcements, descriptions, and flyers, ensuring that they are 508-compliant.
Market CLO trainings and events through various avenues as appropriate.
Provide administrative support for the CLO, including preparing travel paperwork as needed for CLO staff, make travel arrangements and prepare travel authorizations and vouchers.
Maintain all CLO calendars, including Outlook and any SharePoint calendars.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred), experience can be substituted for education.
Basic Experience: Prior paralegal experience.
Certification: Paralegal Certificate (preferred).
