National Cyber Solutions Group, CACI is looking for top talent to join our elite team. NCS is currently seeking an Intelligence Policy and Governance Consultant to join one of our Prime Contracts. As the prime contractor, we design and develop mission-essential capabilities to increase the efficiency, integration, and quality of the customer’s intelligence analysis activities. We work with the end user community and utilize business analytics to measure the effectiveness of capabilities we deliver, as well as, other major applications used by the customer. There are a variety of opportunities to learn and apply unique data science methods to inform customer decision-making, gain hands-on development experience working with widely used IC applications, and lead customer and community outreach efforts at senior-levels of government. This multi-year contract supports a customer agency that we have successfully partnered with for nearly three decades and continue to grow and expand our presence to support their core mission areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Policy and Governance Consultant will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing the governance for a Department of Defense enterprise architecture. You will identify the current policy and determine the best way forward for an inter-agency integration solution. You will serve as the action officer to implement policy and governance of an enterprise modernization effort. You may be required to create standard operation procedures, data ontologies, and methodologies for specific issues.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • At least three years of relevant Department of Defense policy and governance implementation expertise

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills necessary to function within a team environment

  • Position requires a Current TS/SCI; Candidate will be required to obtain a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CSP aka CI poly) shortly after contract start

  • Familiarity with a variety of intelligence sources, to include MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT

  • Work onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest pain points.

  • Present technical and non-technical policy recommendations to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.

  • Familiar with Palantir, FADE, Jabber, mIRC, JWICS, SIPR, Google Earth, Message Traffic Aggregators, All-Source Intelligence applications
