CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will be providing project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide support to Project Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial data and other contract, project or business-related tasks.
Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance and reporting, contract administration, purchasing, facility leasing and service administration.
Maintain contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
May oversee facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to contract requirements.
Compile with financial controls, procedures, system requirements, and forecasting techniques, as directed, to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
Perform financial/administrative reporting for contracts and/or programs.
Prepare financial/administrative reports and distributes to customers/user organizations.
Conduct financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.).
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or a related field + 5 years of applicable experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project related finance using financial management software (SAP, ORACLE ERP, Peachtree/Sage 50 Accounting, etc.)
Must be well-experienced with Microsoft Excel
Ability to relate to all levels of the organizations
Self-motivator, independent, organized, cooperative, flexible, creative
Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance
