CACI is seeking a Program Security Action Officer to join the NLCC program in Arlington, VA. You will be responsible for ensuring corporate compliance with government regulations and policies for the protection of classified information. Scope extends to personnel clearance processes, facility clearances, classified information systems, reporting associated with government industrial security requirements, responses to government compliance assessments, and relevant security training and awareness activities. What You’ll Get to Do:
Process Visitor Access Requests, directly coordinate with DOD CIO Security and DISA security offices to arrange higher access read ins and processing.
Management of administrative property, the safeguarding and security of classified materials and information, the maintenance and execution of security plans as well as the monitoring of all aspects of the security program.
Responsible for making improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area.
Provide support to a special access required group assisting with development and preparation of security classification guides for special access programs.
Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures.
Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. May lead projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
Support the development and installation of physical and electronic filing systems as well as the maintenance, transfer, and disposition of records.
Provide final security and administrative review of completed packages by other NLCC staff members before final processing.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 7 years of relevant related work history.
Have strong working knowledge of DOD organization, military services, major military staff operations.
Technical expertise and analytical skills to support office security needs.
Strong writing skills in order to provide final briefing slides and tasking package reviews.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of CATMS – DoD tasking system.
Familiar with document classification markings.
Understanding of ACCM, PAR, and SAP requirements.
