CACI is seeking a Program Support Analyst (IWS 10) for our project located Washington D.C.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Support IWS 80 Risk Management Process by updating the Risk Exchange Plus database with new, candidate and open risks for new construction and in-service aircraft carriers.
Support IWS 80IC by interacting with other IWS PARMs to obtain warfare system information in support of data calls, briefings, and technical documents.
Support CVN 78 Class technical, programmatic, and financial meetings pertaining to the warfare system. IWS PARM reviews, Financial Execution Reviews, Baseline software meetings, integration testing meetings, etc.
Lead the CVN 78 Class Weekly Dashboard Tag Up meeting.
Update the CVN 78 Class Dashboard for the team meeting and provide the final to pertinent personnel.
Track any GFE/GFI or logistics items for the CVN 78 Class warfare systems.
Support Test and Evaluation meetings for CVN 78 Class warfare systems.
Track schedules for Carrier availabilities, installation of warfare systems and testing of software baselines.
Prepare any programmatic briefings for CVN 78 Class warfare system including Monthly Reviews with PMS 378, Flag reviews, Quarterly Program Reviews, annual Carrier meetings and PARM reviews.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
5+ - Years of experience supporting Aircraft Carrier Weapon Systems
At least 1 to 2 years of IWS experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
Knowledge in using MS Office products:
PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams
Good technical writing and communication skills
Desire Strong writing and communication skills
One must have good interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team.
Active Secret Clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Navy knowledge, aircraft carrier knowledge, NAVSEA background
Ship modification/modernization background
Radars, weapon system background
Understands risk management
