CACI International Project Coordinator in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

Project Coordinator will support the JABS project and its efforts supporting Law Enforcement.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative team with the following responsibilities:

  • Support Project Manager and team with functions such as preparing minutes, monitoring deliverables, managing user accounts, supporting remote account managers, and other administrative tasks

  • Serve as an analyst as needed: preparing presentations, documents and other materials to support project functions.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university

  • 5-8 years related experienced with Project Management

  • Strong Organizational Skills and ability to juggle multiple simultaneous assignments

  • Experience with MS Project

  • Strong experience with MS Excel (including use of Pivot Tables, complex reporting, and working in multiple spreadsheets)

  • Strong in MS Office suites, specifically Outlook, Word , OneNote, and SharePoint 2016

  • Highly organized, motivated, and independent learner

  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

​These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Law Enforcement industry experience

  • Software testing experience

  • PMP and advanced knowledge of MS Project
